I'm definitely connected to the internet, but I can't run any of my applications on the side. Any ideas why? This happened the minute I restarted my computer since it crashed because of alien swarm. Java for minecraft also doesn't work. Out of the browser, I can't seem to have it registered to connect the internet.

I think my applications are all somehow blocked from the internet, but I'm not sure how that works. :/

I've tried restarting my wireless modem, I've restarted my computer, restarted everything I can think of and still no go. :/...
